Working alongside a team of skilled healthcare professionals, you will contribute significantly towards helping patients regain mobility and ensuring their swift recovery. Evaluate patient conditions and develop appropriate physical rehabilitation plans Implement patient care programs that focus on achieving measurable improvements Assist patients with acute conditions in performing exercises and other therapeutic interventions Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate treatment plans Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans based on their recovery Educate patients and their families about in-home treatment strategies and injury prevention Strong analytical and diagnostic skills Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to handle physically demanding tasks Proficiency in using therapeutic equipment and technology Capacity to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance Valid physical therapy license in the state of Texas CPR certified Clinical experience in acute care environments preferred
