A Day in the Life of a Retail Sales Rep. - YouTube Start Your Application & Interview HERE: Application/Interview What We Offer · Guaranteed base pay of $15 / hr, plus performance bonuses, where you can earn between $50,000 to $60,000 per year, TOP Promoters can make up to $70,000 per year · Uncapped bonuses · Benefits, PTO, 401K for Full Time employees. · Receive PAID training! · Advancement opportunity! · Work with a team of talented, professional, and fun individuals who enjoy what they do About the Role In this position, you will: · Approach and engage potential customers at big box retail stores and events · Initiate conversation and help customers arrange free in-home consultations on a product of their choice · Promote our company products and services · Provide excellent customer experience Key Qualifications · Must have weekend availability · Fun and positive attitude! · Willingness to learn, genuine like for working with the public · Retail and Customer Service experience welcomed! · Face to face marketing, brand ambassador, lead generation, or appointment setting experience- a plus Must have reliable transportation, this role may require you to go to multiple locations in the same day, or to community events, some of which may not be near public transit.
