National Sales Executive Location Addison, TX | Onsite
Compensation & Schedule • Base $55,000–$60,000 plus uncapped
commission • Full-time, standard business hours • W2 employment •
Start date: ASAP ROLE IMPACT The National Sales Executive is a
pivotal growth driver, focused on bringing in new business through
a true "hunter" sales approach. This role specializes in outbound
prospecting, solution selling, and securing large-scale service
contracts. Success is measured by new client acquisition, national
account penetration, and ability to close high-value service-based
deals. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Source and secure new business via
outbound cold calling, targeted campaigns, and referrals • Develop
and manage national accounts, acting as the lead point of contact
for client growth and retention • Tailor solutions to client needs
in service-based sales environments, emphasizing value and ROI •
Collaborate with operations and delivery teams to ensure seamless
onboarding and client satisfaction • Present compelling business
cases and performance reports to decision-makers and stakeholders
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS • BA/BS in Business Management, or Associate
degree with 3 years’ experience in B2B service sales • Proven track
record in cold calling and “hunter” style new business development
• Experience managing large/national accounts across industries •
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools (HubSpot
preferred) CORE TOOLS & SYSTEMS • HubSpot CRM • Microsoft Word,
Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams • VoIP phone systems • Document
and presentation software (e.g., PDF tools, Canva, Google Slides)
PREFERRED SKILLS • Background in Waste, Environmental Services, or
other service-based industries • Bilingual fluency in English and a
second language • Strong ability to translate performance data into
client-focused narratives EQUIPMENT & WORK ENVIRONMENT •
Office-based with extensive use of computer and phone systems •
Must be able to sit, type, and speak for prolonged periods • Light
physical demands including lifting up to 25 lbs and periodic
walking • Occasional travel for business development and trade
