Job Description:
A company is looking for an Internal Communications Consultant
to manage internal communication strategies and support employee
engagement objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute an annual internal communication plan with
measurable goals in collaboration with stakeholders
Manage communication channels and resources to ensure timely and
relevant information reaches employees
Measure employee engagement and evaluate the effectiveness of
communication initiatives
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or
equivalent
4 - 7+ years of experience in communications and stakeholder
engagement
Proven project management and planning skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
environment
High degree of professionalism and ability to handle confidential
information
