Job Description Job Description Express Employment Professionals is seeking a CNC Machinist to join a local company in the Ben Wheeler, TX area. Schedule: Monday - Friday Responsibilities: Prepare materials using automated saws, chop saws, and vibratory machines. Keep the shop clean and organized. Handle and move scrap materials to recycling bins. Set up CNC mills and lathes, including tools, attachments, and vices. Operate CNC machines to produce parts to specification. Verify setups and part dimensions using measuring tools. Monitor and adjust machines for proper operation and quality. Perform preventive maintenance and report malfunctions. Follow all safety procedures and company policies. Record production and quality information accurately. Communicate with other shifts to maintain workflow. Requirements: 3-5 years of proven experience operating CNC mills and/or lathes. Ability to read blueprints, utilize G-Code & CAM/CAD, and use measuring tools. Strong attention to detail and mechanical aptitude. Experience with Mezak and/or Hurco Able to lift up to50lbs and stand for long periods. You should be proficient in: CNC Programming G-Code CNC Machine Setup & Changeover CAD/CAM Software High School / GED
