Sales Development Representative Position Description: Break into the Healthcare space by joining one of the fastest-growing Technology SaaS companies in Dallas as a Sales Development Representative (Entry Level Inside Sales Representative) This position will be following-up with Leads and making outbound calls to prospective Directors of Pharmacy and other Pharmacy Leadership roles. The focus will be on scheduling appointments for the inside sales team. We provide you the software, the prospects, and the training to be successful. Our office location is 15950 Dallas Parkway, Suite 350, Dallas, TX 75248. Sales Development Representative Responsibilities include the following:

  • Outbound: Make outbound calls to potential clients and prospects
  • Inbound: Answer inbound sales calls in a polite and professional manner
  • Cold call into database of Pharmacies to identify Decision Makers and extract contact information (phone numbers and emails)
  • Help the sales team generate revenue by developing market potential through lead generation, qualification, and creating appointment commitments.
  • Help the sales team meet and exceed the revenue budget, growing a consistently healthy pipeline of prospects.
  • You will play the critical first-contact role in the sales process. Using existing databases you will call to set appointments for the sales team
  • Be proficient and professional in dealing with customers via telephone
  • Can communicate via email professionally in case follow up is necessary
  • Effectively utilize CRM (Salesforce.com STRONGLY preferred), phone systems, and lead management tools
  • Ability to organize and handle multiple tasks
  • Maintain an organized activity system within a provided CRM (sales calls, results, call backs, task setting, calendar appointments, etc.) Sales Development Representative Required Skills:
    • College degree required
    • Minimum of 1 year prior B2B Inside Appointment Setting experience a plus
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Excellent sales and customer service skills
    • Company drug screen and background check are required
    • With utmost integrity to handle sensitive personal information
    • Oral comprehension. Good analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Must have keen attention to details; with great level of accuracy
    • Ability to multi-task; talk & type & not get distracted
    • Self-motivated
    • Highly confident; can speak through their confidence
    • Superior web navigation and computer skills
    • Highly independent and proactive; can work with minimal supervision and guidance Sales Development Representative Compensation and Perks:
      • Entry Level Inside Sales Representative - 50,000 expected total compensation (for on-target quota)
      • Opportunities for promotion into an Inside Sales Representative where total income is over 100k
