us! Job Description: This job is responsible for building and
leading a team to deliver technology products and services that
meet business outcomes. Key responsibilities include developing a
technology strategy, ensuring technology solutions comply with
applicable standards, promoting design, engineering, and
organizational practices, and advocating and advancing modern,
Agile solution delivery practices. Job expectations may include
coaching, mentoring, providing feedback and hands on career
development, identifying emerging talent, fostering leadership
skills, and managing stakeholders. Overview: The individual will
serve as a senior member of the Global Design Engineering function
within the Network Deployment and Execution team. This role is
responsible for developing technical solutions, ensuring
conformance to global network standards, and building effective
relationships with key stakeholders. The position produces holistic
network designs for Network Services initiatives and documents
detailed low?level solutions. This role is critical to ensuring
delivery quality, network stability, and alignment with Network
Standards, working closely with Product Architecture and
Engineering to drive client satisfaction. The technology focus
spans the breadth of Network Services supporting data network
connectivity. The individual is expected to be well?versed in a
wide range of networking protocols, technologies, design
principles, and project execution disciplines. Leveraging
automation to solve historically manual challenges is a key element
of the role. All work must align with current and approved Network
Services Standards, Change Management Policies & Procedures,
governance, and corporate policies. This position will interface
with internal stakeholders, external suppliers/providers,
architecture teams, product engineering, product management, and
Service Engagement. Periodically, the role may interact with senior
leadership. Strong communication, technical depth, and
problem?solving skills are essential. The ideal candidate works
effectively both independently and within global teams. Adherence
to standards, templates, systems, and approved artifacts is
essential to the success of the role, the department, and the firm.
The individual will be regarded as a subject matter expert,
remaining current with emerging technologies, organizational
priorities, and industry trends to drive end?to?end value.
Responsibilities: Builds and manages teams by performing financial
activities to inform workforce strategy and hiring practices,
setting and tracking maturity and quality objectives, and training
employees/teams to address feedback and achieve quality and
performance objectives Facilitates performance and career
development of employees/teams through performance reviews,
coaching, and creating development plans that are needed to build
competencies and skills Manages solution delivery and application
performance in production (app health, resiliency, performance,
security, enterprise data management standards, audit exams and
reviews), ensuring all relevant risk, financial, and compliance
policies are met Manages relationships with business and technology
partners and leads and creates followership in Communities of
Practice in the organization Contributes to the technology strategy
for their technical domain Creates an inclusive and healthy working
environment and helps to resolve organizational
impediments/blockers Ensures that execution is aligned with product
strategy by working with product management and other stakeholders
Deliver large and complex network?related projects and programs,
including network transformation and information security
initiatives Apply working knowledge of application development
concepts and the ways business applications use the network Provide
deployment status updates and technical detail for stakeholder
communications; ensure accuracy and follow?up coordination Identify
potential design issues, vulnerabilities, and improvement
opportunities; escalate as appropriate Support a broad range of
technical areas across all Network Services Adhere to design
standards and global design authority processes and procedures
Assemble professional documentation using approved templates,
including work descriptions, assumptions, and caveats Required
Qualifications: 7–10 years of experience in project/program
environments within technology infrastructure Strong technical
background with the ability to understand and engage with emerging
technologies Deep knowledge of network technologies including:
Network Technologies: Controllers, management platforms, SSL/TLS,
IPSEC, GRE, resiliency/HA, WAN/MAN, routing, switching, LAN,
TCP/IP, UDP, latency, VRRP, BGP, multicast, IPv4/IPv6, VPN IP
Services and Security: Routing/switching, subnetting,
TCP/IP/UDP/ICMP/DHCP, DNS, VPN, NAT, firewalls, threat detection,
proxy, AAA, load balancing, DNS/DHCP/IPAM Experience in network
design, implementation, or operations Relevant industry
certifications in network technologies Strong troubleshooting
skills for complex network issues Experience with JIRA, Confluence,
Agile and SCRUM ceremonies Understanding of configuration
management tools such as Forward Networks and HPNA Experience with
proactive and reactive advanced tooling (e.g., Netscout, Wireshark,
Splunk, SevOne, HPNA, NNMI, OBM, IBM Watson, NSO) General
experience with network automation Highly organized,
detail?oriented, self?directed Strong technical acumen and
analytical capabilities Excellent client?facing communication
skills (written and verbal) Ability to align actions with business
impact and service restoration priorities Experience working across
time zones with flexibility for global collaboration Experience in
Financial Services (banking, insurance, investment banking)
Knowledge of additional network technologies: WAN, MAN, LAN,
optical, routing, switching, proxy/threat prevention, DDI, load
balancing, AAA Desired Qualifications: Strong written and oral
communication; able to translate complex concepts into clear
processes and presentations Strong relationship?building abilities

range $135,900.00 - $220,000.00 annualized salary, offers to be
determined based on experience, education and skill set.
Discretionary incentive eligible This role is eligible to
participate in the annual discretionary plan. Employees are
