8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, but may require some work outside of standard
office hours. POSITION SUMMARY We are seeking a highly capable Full
Stack Software Engineer with a progressive, hands-on approach to
AI. This role is ideal for an engineer who actively uses modern AI
tools and integrates AI capabilities into production systems,
workflows, and internal processes. We are a Windows-based
organization operating in the Azure cloud ecosystem, leveraging
Microsoft 365 and modern AI-assisted development tools. This role
will help shape how AI is embedded into our engineering practices
and systems—improving efficiency, accelerating development, and
enabling smarter workflows across the organization. ESSENTIAL
FUNCTIONS Full Stack Development Design and develop frontend/UI
components using .NET technologies Build and maintain backend APIs
and business logic Design, implement, and optimize SQL database
schemas, queries, and stored procedures Ensure performance,
security, and scalability across all application layers AI &
Automation Integrate AI services and models into applications and
workflows Build and maintain automated workflows using n8n Act as
an AI integrator, connecting internal systems, APIs, and AI
platforms Apply AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub
Copilot, ChatGPT, Cursor, Claude) to improve productivity and code
quality Identify opportunities where AI and automation can
streamline operations or enhance user experience Cloud & Platform
Develop and deploy solutions within the Azure cloud environment
Work within a Windows-based infrastructure using Microsoft 365
services where applicable Collaborate on identity, security, and
integration patterns aligned with Azure best practices Reasonable

deadlines PREFERRED SKILLS & ABILITIES Education: Bachelor’s degree
in computer science or a related field preferred. High school or
equivalent graduate required. Experience: 5-10 years of experience
in: Core Engineering Strong experience with .NET (frontend and/or
backend) Experience designing and building RESTful APIs Solid
proficiency in SQL and relational database design Ability to work
comfortably across UI, API, and data layers AI & Tooling Hands-on
experience integrating AI APIs or platforms Active, practical use
of both fully agentic, and AI-assisted development tools such as
Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, and Copilot. Experience designing and
maintaining automation workflows using integration and workflow
tools like n8n or Zapier. Understanding of AI limitations,
security, and responsible usage in enterprise environments
Preferred/Nice to Have Experience with Azure services (App
Services, Functions, SQL, Storage, etc.). Familiarity with
Microsoft identity and access (Azure AD / Entra ID). Exposure to
prompt engineering and AI-driven UX patterns. Knowledge and use of
MCP servers, sub-agents, and agent skills. Certificates & Licenses:
