Design, develop, and deploy machine learning algorithms tailored to meet strategic defense needs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing and future systems. Lead the analysis of large datasets to improve system accuracy and efficiency. Stay abreast of industry trends to ensure the application of current technologies. Mentor junior engineers and team members, promoting an environment of learning and innovation. Proficiency in Python, R or Java. Experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, or other machine learning frameworks. Strong knowledge of algorithm optimization and neural networks. Ability to handle large-scale data sets and deploy models to production. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
