Jimmy John's is looking to hire Rock Star employees who are highly motivated and would like to become part of a dynamic management team. The Shift Manager will operate and lead shifts when the General Manager is not on duty. Shift Managers are responsible for the effective execution of fast, accurate orders and exceptional customer service. We will teach you how!!

We train our managers to be effective at:

• Managing food and labor cost
• High speed accurate order execution
• To be the most effective restaurant operator in your area
• Taking control of your own life and living it to its maximum potential Managers must add to the culture by leading the team by their own example. High integrity is absolutely critical and you must be willing to work harder than everyone else in order to garner trust, credibility and loyalty.

  • Great history of past employment
  • Ability to convince us that we should hire YOU over someone else Requirements
    • Friendly personality
    • 18+ years old
    • Flexible schedule (mornings, evenings and weekends)
    • Able to work on their feet in a fast paced environment
    • Able to train and coach others
    • Previous restaurant experience preferred
    • Previous supervisory experience in a related field preferred
    • Reliable transportation and a clean driving record a plus!
