Description Occupational Therapist (OT) Reports To Director of Rehabilitation Job Summary Provides OT evaluations and treatments to patients with functional or adaptive needs to improve independence in daily living. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Conduct assessments and establish treatment goals. Provide interventions such as self-care training and adaptive equipment. Document evaluations, treatments, and progress. Supervise COTAs and collaborate with care teams. Train caregivers and nursing staff. Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy. Current state OT license. Experience in long-term care preferred. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities- KSAs Knowledge of OT interventions and rehab techniques. Communication and problem-solving skills. Strong organizational ability. Physical & Environmental Requirements Lift up to 100 lbs with assistance. Frequent standing, walking, bending, kneeling, reaching.
