The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining and improving the aesthetic appeal and health of our clients' landscapes through a combination of technical expertise and exceptional service. Responsibilities: Lawn Maintenance: Perform routine lawn care activities, including mowing, edging, trimming, and blowing, to ensure lawns are well-groomed and visually appealing. Customer Interaction: Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific lawn care needs, provide recommendations, and address any concerns. Maintain a professional and customer-friendly demeanor. Equipment Maintenance: Regularly inspect and maintain lawn care equipment, ensuring that all tools are in good working condition. Report any equipment issues promptly. Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a secure working environment for both team members and clients. Qualifications: Previous experience in lawn care or landscaping preferred. Knowledge of various grass types, soil conditions, and plant care techniques. Familiarity with the safe and effective use of lawn care equipment. Strong communication and customer service skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
