We're hiring experienced RN-MedSurg for a 13-week contract in
Decatur, Texas — earn up to ($1409 - $1483 per week) while
providing essential care at a leading facility. Most candidates

Provide direct patient care in a MedSurg setting, ensuring safety
and comfort. Participate in ongoing professional development and
training opportunities. Collaborate with healthcare team members to
develop and implement care plans. Adhere to safety protocols and
infection control measures at all times. Engage in performance
evaluations and seek feedback for continuous improvement. Monitor
and document patient progress, adjusting care as needed. Educate
patients and families on health management and post-discharge care.
Assist in achieving departmental targets and contribute to team
success. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and team
members. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care
activities. Utilize evidence-based practices to enhance patient
care outcomes. Participate in quality improvement initiatives to
enhance service delivery. Experience/Qualifications Current RN
license in Texas with MedSurg experience. Strong commitment to
ongoing professional development and training. Proven ability to
collaborate within a multidisciplinary healthcare team. Ability to
monitor patient progress and adapt care plans as necessary.
Familiarity with safety protocols and infection control measures.
Experience in patient education and post-discharge care planning.
Excellent communication skills with patients, families, and team
members. Experience in utilizing evidence-based practices in
patient care. Ability to engage in performance evaluations and seek
constructive feedback. Willingness to participate in quality
