Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A school psychologist position is available in Waxahachie, TX, to support students from early childhood through 12th grade. This full-time contract role begins ASAP and continues through the end of the school year, providing critical psychological services to a diverse K-12 caseload. Key Responsibilities: Conduct psychological assessments, evaluations, and observations across various grade levels, including early childhood, elementary, middle, and high school. Collaborate with educators, parents, and school staff to develop and implement intervention plans tailored to student needs. Support students academic, social, and emotional development through counseling and resource recommendations. Participate in multi-disciplinary team meetings and individualized education plan (IEP) development. Maintain accurate documentation and comply with school district policies and regulations. Qualifications: Valid certification or licensure as a school psychologist. Experience serving students across multiple grade levels, from early childhood through high school, is preferred. Strong knowledge of child development, psychological assessment tools, and educational interventions. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
