Job Description:
We are seeking a Regional Medical Director (Psychiatrist) to
oversee behavioral health operations in a designated region. Lead
and supervise a multidisciplinary team including NPs, social
workers, psychologists, and counselors.
Provide high-quality psychiatric care, including diagnosis,
treatment, and medication management for residents.
Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration
with team members.
Ensure compliance with clinical standards, CMS regulations, and
maintain accurate EMR documentation.
Coordinate integrated physical and mental healthcare, especially
for complex cases with comorbidities.
Qualifications include MD or DO, ABNP Board certification in
Psychiatry, and licensure in the state.
Strong teamwork, supervision skills, and proficiency with EMR
systems are essential.
