• Hours: Monday - Friday 8 AM - 5 PM Flexible Hours are Negotiable

• Average Patients seen: Up to 25 Final number to be negotiated along with compensation
• Call Schedule: Phone Only 1:4 Rotation Very Light
• Sign-On Bonus
• Compensation: - $225K - $240K Annual Salary Based on Experience, PPD, and Benefits Taken - Sign-On and Relocation are Negotiable
