Raytheon is seeking a Mgr, Procurement that will report directly to
the Acquisitions Senior Manager, supporting multiple programs
within the Advanced Product Solutions (APS) Raytheon business unit.
Candidate will manage low volume and medium to high complexity
subcontracts (domestic) and represent the Supply Chain organization
at various levels on functional and cross functional teams to drive
business success. In addition, candidate will serve as the focal
point for communication between internal and supplier
cross-functional organizations for all procurement activities. This
position is currently designated as hybrid and the successful
candidate will need to be within commuting distance to McKinney,
TX. On site presence may vary depending on needs of supported
programs. Responsibilities to Anticipate: Negotiate and administer
multiple subcontract types, to include but not limited to, Firm
Fixed Price, Cost Reimbursement, Time and Materials, as well as
development/R&D efforts. Evaluate, identify, and select
suppliers that meet Raytheon requirements. Develop business partner
relationship with suppliers. Generate and negotiate Long Term Price
Agreements and other related agreements. Work closely with Program
Office representatives and Engineering to define and implement
procurement strategies and develop subcontract Statements of Work.

requires a Bachelor’s and a minimum of 8 years prior relevant
experience, or an Advance Degree in a related field and a minimum
of 5 years experience. DoD procurement experience and knowledge of
Federal Acquisition The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S.
government issued security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship
is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security
clearance." Qualifications We Prefer Experience with reading and
understanding drawing specifications. Experience with supplier
management. Experience working within SAP software application.
Experience in leading formal negotiations (price, schedule, and
supplier exceptions to contractual flow downs). Ability to obtain
and maintain DOD Secret Clearance Experience working within SAP
software application. NCMA Certification Active and transferable
U.S. government issued security clearance Experience FAR and DFAR
regulations Experience making presentations (verbal and/or written)
to key stakeholders Experience leading executive and program level
supplier reviews Hybrid: Employees who are working in Hybrid roles

for this role is 107,500 USD - 204,500 USD. The salary range
provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience
