Salary: $90,000 - $140,000 Annually (Based on experience) Company

innovative HVAC, plumbing, piping, and sheet metal solutions. The

a supportive team environment. Role Overview The BIM Project
Manager is responsible for leading and coordinating BIM activities
across multiple large-scale mechanical construction projects. This
role bridges the gap between design intent and construction
execution, ensuring models are accurate, coordinated, and aligned
with project schedules and installation needs. The position
requires a strong foundation in design-firm BIM workflows combined
with the ability to apply that expertise in a construction-focused
environment. The BIM Project Manager will work closely with
engineers, architects, consultants, project managers, and field
leadership to identify issues early, resolve coordination
challenges, and support constructible, well-sequenced project
delivery. In addition to technical leadership, this role plays a
key part in mentoring BIM staff and elevating coordination
standards across the organization. Ideal candidates are
design-trained BIM leaders who understand MEP systems deeply,
communicate effectively across disciplines, and are motivated to
see their work successfully built in the field. Core
Responsibilities Lead BIM coordination efforts for multiple major
mechanical projects from preconstruction through installation
Manage BIM coordination workflows, schedules, milestones, and issue
tracking Ensure alignment between design teams, BIM personnel, and
construction operations Serve as a technical Revit and BIM
resource, providing guidance and troubleshooting support Ensure
model quality, accuracy, and compliance with established BIM
standards and best practices Identify design conflicts early and
collaborate with project teams to develop constructible solutions
Coordinate interdisciplinary efforts involving mechanical,
plumbing, architectural, and structural systems Prepare
coordination visuals, model exports, and documentation for project
communication Establish strong working relationships with
architects, engineers, consultants, and trade partners Coordinate
design updates and ensure timely, accurate integration into project
models Communicate coordination issues, design impacts, and
schedule risks proactively Collaborate with project managers,
estimators, and field leaders to support planning, sequencing, and
installation Assist in developing model-based deliverables for
construction sequencing and field layout Mentor BIM Coordinators
and modelers, supporting technical development and consistency
across teams Provide feedback to leadership on process
improvements, training needs, and coordination performance Required
Background 5 – 8 years of experience in BIM coordination, MEP
modeling, or related roles Minimum 4 years of experience on the
design-firm side required Advanced proficiency in Revit required
Strong understanding of MEP systems and interdisciplinary
coordination requirements Experience supporting large, complex
commercial or industrial projects Ability to manage multiple
projects and priorities simultaneously Strong communication skills
with the ability to influence engineers, project managers, and
field teams High attention to detail with a proactive,
