Member BROADBAND TELECOM SERVICES, INC. Broadband Telecom Services
is a full-service telecommunications construction contracting
company with multiple locations throughout the state of Texas. JOB
CLASSIFICATION: Full-time LOCATION: Aledo, Texas PAY RATE: Hourly
REPORTS TO: Construction Supervisor PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Previous construction telecommunications construction is preferred
Thorough knowledge of telecommunications construction including
excavation equipment, utility lines & poles, and trenching
equipment Must be able to read, understand, and comprehend
engineering/blueprint design plans Plans, organizes, and completes
projects in the shortest, most efficient manner Proficient written
and oral communications skills Performs other duties as assigned by
Supervisor and provide general assistance to other employees as
directed ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS-INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO
THE FOLLOWING Keep materials & equipment organized, cleaned, and in
proper running order Demonstrates a strong commitment and
dedication to delivering excellent customer service through
executing by BTS mission and values Maintain a strong line of open
communication with direct Supervisor & Management team to address
and resolve issues in a timely manner to drive productivity
Supports a brand Company image by displaying a professional
attitude and appearance at all times Analytical, problem solving,
and organizational abilities Assume responsibility for productive
of jobs, efficient use of materials, equipment, and contractual
performance of the project Ensure all personnel comply with project
procedures, safety program requirements, and work polices EDUCATION
& LICENSES/CERTIFICATES: High school diploma or equivalent
preferred. Must possess a valid Drivers License and a safe driving
record. LANGUAGE/MATHEMATICAL SKILLS & REASONING ABILITY Must be
able to use written and verbal communications in English language.
REASONING ABILITY & PHYSICAL DEMANDS Ability to work aloft. Must
have manual dexterity and the ability to utilize various hand tools
and test equipment. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds. Must be
able to kneel, crawl, push, pull, bend, stoop, lift and dig. Must
meet and maintain Companys safe weight policy. The above
