Sales Engineer to join our US based team. This role can be based
anywhere in the US -How You'll Help Us Connect the WorldAs a member
of the customer facing Sales organization within CommScope's Home
Networks business, this role collaborates with the top minds in
Customer Premises Equipment (CPE) technology to build the home of
the future and implement strategies to best position our broadband,
video, and cloud-based solutions. We champion an environment of
continuous learning, growing your knowledge base with new
technologies and applying that knowledge to create solutions to
drive growth for our customers. We encourage our sales engineers to
acquire and apply expertise in a variety of technologies including
Wi-Fi, Fixed Wireless Access (FWA), Passive Optical Networking
(PON), Data Over Cable Service Interface Specification (DOCSIS),
Converged Cable Access Platform (CCAP), Distributed Access
Architectures (DAA), Hybrid Fiber Coax (HFC), VoIP (Voice over IP -
SIP, IMS, NCS), IP and RF video distribution, in-home CPE, and
Cloud services. This role focusses on supporting pre-sales
activities including field applications engineering (FAE) like
activities providing hands-on support of customer lab
qualification, integration, and deployment across a wide range of
customers and teams. Work with Home devices such as residential
gateways, modems, and IP streamers. Use Cloud services such as WiFi
and device management and present the value and benefits of our
product portfolio through technical discussions and presentations
in a trusted advisor capacity. Demonstrate your soft skills to
build and handle internal and customer relationships to drive our
collective success. You will drive ours and customer's success by
using your diverse technical and problem-solving abilities to
ensure successful new product introductions (NPI), resolving key
customer critical issues, establishing relationships within the
customer's engineering and lab teams and working with both internal
and external product and engineering teams to ensure our customers'
