Job Description Job Description Job Summary We are seeking an
experienced Senior Superintendent (K-12 Renovation) to provide
on-site coordination for large-scale commercial and institutional
construction projects across DFW, TX. This role oversees daily
field operations from start-up through punch-out, ensuring projects
are delivered safely, on schedule, on budget, and at the highest
level of quality. Responsibilities Manage all phases of civic
and/or K-12 commercial construction projects, ensuring delivery
within established timelines and budgets Negotiate, write, and
execute subcontract agreements with a clear understanding of
project scope and risk Read, interpret, and apply drawings and
specifications to ensure constructability and compliance Coordinate
with project teams and clients to maintain open communication and
resolve issues promptly Utilize project management software and
tools such as Microsoft Office, MS Project, and Procore to track
progress and manage documentation Collaborate with team members and
stakeholders to support smooth project delivery Ensure compliance
with CMAR and/or Design/Build delivery methods as required
Requirements 10 years of construction experience with 5 years in a
supervisory role Proven experience managing K–12 schools and
institutional projects (colleges, municipalities, healthcare, etc.)
Strong knowledge of construction sequencing, subcontractor
coordination, and documentation (RFIs, ASIs, submittals)
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, MS Project, and Procore
Experience with CMAR and/or Design-Build delivery methods Excellent
written and verbal communication skills OSHA 30 certification
required Valid driver’s license; must be willing to travel within
DFW Metroplex Compensation & Benefits Salary range: $165,000 –
$175,000, based on experience Full-time exempt role (not eligible
