Responsibilities Perform thorough inspections, repairs, and reconditioning of used vehicles to ensure they meet Moritz Kia’s quality standards. Conduct mechanical, cosmetic, and safety repairs including minor bodywork, detailing, and fluid changes. Identify and communicate any additional necessary repairs or reconditioning requirements to management. Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to safety protocols. Collaborate closely with the sales and service teams to ensure efficient vehicle turnaround times. Keep accurate records of reconditioning work and vehicle condition reports. Requirements Previous experience in vehicle reconditioning or automotive technician role preferred. Strong mechanical aptitude and knowledge of automotive repair techniques. Ability to perform detailed inspections and quality checks. Valid driver’s license and clean driving record. Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment. Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and technology.
