Job Description:
POSITION PROFILE The Senior Manager, Paid Media is responsible
for the development and execution of paid media strategies across
Ricoh North America. This role will lead our Ricoh in-house paid
campaigns as well as collaborate with our paid media agency
partners to continuously optimize the campaigns towards our goals
and KPIs. Job Duties and Responsibilities Develop, manage and
optimize paid media campaigns across a variety of digital channels
(SEM, display, programmatic, social, video, CTV, OOH) in support of
our overall business objectives and ensure our plans are effective
and efficient in reaching target audiences. Provide recommendations
and support for Account Based Marketing paid media activities,
helping to drive targeted messaging and creative delivery
approaches for ABM audiences. Continuously optimize campaigns,
including A/B testing, ad formats and audience targeting to improve
performance. Function as the day-to-day contact with internal
marketing teams and outside agencies to ensure executional
excellence. Ensure coordinated, effective and aligned paid
campaigns for Ricoh services and solutions that are supported by
multiple agency partners Partner with agencies and internal design
team on creative briefs for campaigns media assets Provide
recommendations to internal business stakeholders on paid media
best practices and benchmarks across all funnel stages. Identify
opportunities to test, learn and optimize. Leverage insights from
media reporting and measurement to inform campaign optimizations
and improve business results. Build out in-house paid social/SEM
competency by establishing best practices and standards.
QUALIFICATIONS (Education, Experience, and Certifications)
Bachelor's degree in digital marketing, marketing analytics,
advertising, or related field. 10 years leading digital paid media
campaigns with multi-channel activation at an agency or in-house.
Prior experience using Google Ads, Google Analytics and Social
Media platform insights Prior experience managing performance
campaigns across paid search platforms including keyword bidding
strategies, budget management and optimization tactics. Experience
with audience targeting, remarketing and tracking tools, including
Demandbase. Strong understanding of audience segmentation
strategies Strong analytical skills with an ability to synthesize
complex reports into concise takeaways KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, And
Abilities Understanding of the evolving digital media landscape and
trends to recommend new media opportunities and enhancements to
media plans. Data-driven approach, strong analytical and excel
skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment with
all levels of management. Excellent communication skills, and
ability to collaborate effectively with cross functionally teams.
Highly organized with strong project management skills, and the
ability to multitask and manage competing priorities. Visa
