The Sales Administrator is responsible for assisting the sales managers in tracking inventory, record keeping and reporting requirements. What are the day-to-day responsibilities? Assisting sales management with vehicle inventory control by tracking incoming and outgoing vehicles Preparing accurate pricing stickers and warranty labels for all vehicles Maintaining accurate record keeping of vehicle inventory, including new car information, wholesale purchase and sale information Tracking individual and departmental Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) and preparing required weekly and monthly reports Providing information as required to the business office on vehicle sales Answering all incoming calls promptly and professionally when necessary Preparing all deal jackets for department with checklist Completing duties as assigned by sales managers to help with inventory control and information flow within sales department and between other departments What are the requirements for this job?
