The Opportunity: We are looking for an Experienced Tax Associate
with 2–6 years of public accounting experience to join our growing
tax team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work
with clients and wants to expand their technical and advisory
skills in a supportive environment. What You’ll Do: Prepare federal
and multi-state tax returns for individuals, partnerships, S-corps,
and trusts Assist with tax planning and research for a variety of
clients and industries Review client financial data and workpapers
to ensure accuracy and compliance Communicate directly with clients
and respond to tax-related questions or issues Work closely with
managers and partners on special projects and technical issues
Maintain accurate records and help support smooth engagement
workflows What We’re Looking For: 2–6 years of relevant tax
experience in public accounting Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
(CPA license or progress toward CPA preferred) Familiarity with tax
prep software (e.g., CCH Axcess, UltraTax, ProSystems, etc.)
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management
skills Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively
