Audit and review claims to ensure compliance with company policies and legal guidelines. Manage departmental resources to optimize productivity and satisfaction. Collaborate with other departments to streamline claims processes. Resolve high-complexity claims issues. Prepare and analyze reports to monitor and improve team performance. Strong leadership and organizational skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in claims management software Good understanding of the auto insurance industry Ability to resolve disputes and negotiate effectively Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Certified Claims Professional (CCP) Associate in Claims (AIC)
